Valid reservations and changes in reservations

The reservation is valid and binding when the deposit has been paid. Final balance shall, if nothing else has been agreed upon, be paid no later than 40 days before arrival.

If cancelled whitout a cancellation protection insurance, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Should anything occur that is beyond our control, we have the right to move guests to other accomodations of equal value.

If bigger changes in the reservation should occur, we have the right to charge a fee.

Cancellation protection insurance

Cancellation protection insurance can be obtained at a fee of SEK 150:-/camping pitch. The insurance is signed when making the reservation.

Should the reservation be cancelled by a guest with cancellation protection insurance more than 40 days before arrival, the entire rent that has been paid will be reimbursed with exception for a handling charge of SEK 150:-.

Should the reservation be cancelled by a guest with cancellation protection insurance less than 40 days before arrival, the entire rent that has been paid will be reimbursed with exception for a handling charge of SEK 300:-.

The cancellation protection insurance is valid until 18.00 the day before arrival.

Booking fee

Booking fee, reservation over telephone: SEK 50:-

Booking fee, reservation over internet with invoice: SEK 25:-

Booking fee, reservation over internet with immediate online payment: SEK 0:-

Checking in and checking out

Check-in time is, if nothing else has been agreed upon, between 12.00-18.00. Check-out time is, if nothing else has been agreed upon, no later than 12.00.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside cabins, rooms, servicebuildings, or any other space marked with a no smoking sign.
